Tracey, who is trained as a Legal Executive and was an employee for a local estate agent saw an opportunity in the market to start her own business in providing Home Information Packs (HIPS) and conveyancing required searches to solicitors in the Bath, North Somerset & Somerset Area. After taking the franchise on, Tracey committed herself to supply the customer with a competitive price along with a friendly and outstanding service.  In less than two years, Tracey has built up extensive relationships with local Energy Assessors and Estate Agents to provide a quality service for you and your clients.

If you’re an estate agent, solicitor or a member of the general public requiring Home Information Packs, we can offer a user-friendly online service for ordering and viewing your HIPs. We offer an excellent turnaround time for ready to market documents and the full finalised HIP. Using the ordering system provided on www.hipview.co.uk you will receive emails to let you know when the property is ready to market and when the HIP is complete. You can also track your order online and send the link to your client along with a viewing access pin number.

If you are a solicitor requiring conveyancing searches for the buyer of a property, Hipview also provides a online ordering system to do this.
