No Sale No Fee Home Information Packs are now available from Pali

You can now add an insurance policy to the current deferred payment option which means if your/your client’s property remains on the market in excess of nine months the full price of the Home Information Pack can be claimed back. What’s more they get to keep the HIP.

How it works the vendor pays £30 upfront, then should the property sell within nine months, the balance is paid on sale. If the property is still on the market after nine months, the full price of the home information pack can be claimed back (including the £30.00), which means in effect they receive a FREE HIP.
