I am an Estate Agent and I ordered my fifth Commercial Energy Performance Certificate yesterday through Pali. To be honest with you I keep losing track with all of these new energy regulations coming out, there seems to be a different one every day! Luckily Pali makes the whole thing easy for me. They literally take care of everything for me and have managed to turn them around a lot quicker than I expected. My friend who is a developer uses Pali for SAP Reports and On Construction Energy Performance Certicates and I know he always speaks very highly of Pali. It’s so good to just be able to pass everything over to Pali to sort out – thanks guys!

Do you require any Non Domestic Energy Certifiers in Scotland?
I am certified to Level 4 BRE-ND-EPC00307 in Scotland.
Still awaiting confirmation of Energy assessor for England Non Dwelling NDEA4.
